Depending on customer requirements we are capable of zinc plating, chrome plating, phosphating, Wax coating, powder coating and standard painting. Inscription of Customer brand is possible, quantity permitting .
MDS has heat treatment facility of all the latest techniques of heat treatment & testing laboratory, having its expertise in gas carbursing, hardening, core refining and tempering. Each and every heat treated batch of parts is being metallurgically tested for surface hardness, case depth, core hardness and micro structure to ensure production of defect free parts.
