the development process of projects executed
by us, we ensure that:
- A business school graduate
with experience in IT services is engaged
in client interaction and acts as the
project manager. This ensures that the
project is clearly understood by the technical
team and they can proceed in the right
direction
- A proper schedule is drawn
up and you get daily updates so you know
the progress made on your project
- There is no lapse in communication
(your project manager will be available
at mutually agreeable times for discussions
and daily reporting).
- Quality checks and a development
server (the client has full access to
this) are in place so there are minimal
bug reports from your end.
- Support is provided free
of charge for 1 year after completion
of the project. This will ensure that
even if something turns up later and was
due to a bug left by our team, it is still
considered our responsibility and will
be fixed immediately
